Vsevolod Stan Raskin

General Advisor

Vsevolod Stan Raskin was born in 1973. He graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1997 with a degree in Physics. In 2001 he earned an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business, The University of Western Ontario (Canada).In 2000 Vsevolod joined Lehman Brothers in New York, from 2002 till 2004 he served as Vice-President of LV Finance, a Moscow-based M&A boutique.

Since 2004 Mr. Raskin held a number of senior management positions at Russian branches’ of international investment banks – Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers/Nomura, UBS.

Mr. Raskin has been providing advice on corporate structuring and governance, as well as various strategic matters to the companies in a variety of industries in Russia and Israel. He also invested in a number of Internet Technology and New Media start-ups.

Grigory Burenkov

Advisor

Grigory Burenkov was born in 1980. He graduated from Plekhanov Academy of Economics with a degree in economics. He aslo completed an MA course at Middlesex University Business School in London (UK).

From 2002 to 2008 Grigory Burenkov worked in the Moscow offices of the BIG4 consulting companies – Ernest&Young (EY) and Deliotte Touche (Deloitte). He advised clients on the international and Russian taxation, tax audit, due diligence, cross-border transactions structuring.

From 2008 Grigory Burenkov worked at a number of top-management positions with the Russian largest private companies and investment funds. In 2012 he joined management team of Skolkovo Foundation, he was appointed to Senior Vice-President for Economic and Finance.

In 2016 Grigory Burenkov moved to Cyprus and founded Wheelerson Management Ltd. – a company that provides management, consulting and administrative services.

Yoav Horowitz

Advisor

Yoav Horowitz served as the chief of staff of PM Netanyahu and Director General of the Prime Minister’s Office until June 2019. As such, he oversaw Israel’s bureaucracy, and was responsible for the formulation and implementation of most domestic socioeconomic policy decisions.

Among his other responsibilities, Mr. Horowitz led the Government of Israel’s strategy formulation in the area of development, served as the head of the China-Israel Joint Economic Task Force and was designated by the government to lead Israel’s national Smart Mobility Initiative.

Prior to assuming his role as Director General, Mr. Horowitz served as the PM Netanyahu’s chief of staff and as the CEO of Kardan Vehicle Ltd. (Avis) and also managed a number of other companies.

After his retirement from the PM office Yoav founded a consulting company which provides consulting and management services to firm in Israel and around the world and serves as a board member  in several public and private companies.

Yoav is a CO chairman of Galop ngo- a bridge for love and openness .this NPO works with people with a variety of handicaps

Including those on the autistic spectrum.

Yoav graduated from the Academic Center of Law and Science with a BA in law. He lives in Kfar Bin Nun together with his wife, Gila, and has four sons.
